  • 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup / 170 g ice
  • 1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology
  • ¾ cup / 185 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup / 70 g fresh (or frozen) blackberries
  • ½ cup / 75 g fresh (or frozen) blueberries, reserve a small amount for garnish


  1. Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, yogurt, blackberries, and blueberries in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a serving glass; garnish with reserved blueberries. Serve immediately.
