Vanilla Cinnamon Chia Pudding Parfait
This gorgeous chia pudding parfait is a mouthwatering way to enjoy the superfood nutrition of Vanilla Shakeology.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
- ⅓ cup / 80 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup / 80 g chopped fresh strawberries (or other fresh fruit)
- 2 Tbsp. plain low-sugar granola
Instructions

Add Shakeology, chia seeds, and cinnamon to a small bowl (or sealable container); stir to mix.

Top with almond milk; mix well.

Cover; refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.

When ready to serve, place half of chia mixture in a 16-oz. (450-ml) jar; top with half of yogurt, half of strawberries, and half of granola. Repeat with remaining chia mixture, yogurt, strawberries, and granola.
