  • 1 scoop Snickerdoodle Shakeology
  • cup / 160 ml unsweetened coconut milk beverage
  • ½ tsp. pure coconut extract
  • 2 popsicle sticks


  1. Add Shakeology, coconut milk, and extract to a blender; cover. Blend until smooth; mixture will be thick. This can also be done in a tall glass using an immersion blender.

  2. Divide Shakeology mixture evenly between two ice pop molds. Insert a popsicle stick into each pop. Freeze for 4 hours, or until hard.

  3. Freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
