Ingredients

- 1 cup reduced-fat (2%) milk
- ½ cup ice
- 1 oz. rum (or bourbon)
- 1 packet Pumpkin Spice Plant-Based Vegan Shakeology
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
Instructions
