Nutty Butter Chocolate Balls

Ingredients

  • ½ cup gluten-free dry, old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 5 Medjool dates, pitted, coarsely chopped
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Daily Sunshine
  • ½ cup finely chopped raw almonds (or pecans or walnuts)
  • ½ cup all-natural almond butter
  • ¼ cup raw honey

Instructions

  1. Place oats in food processor; pulse for 20 seconds.

  2. Add dates, Daily Sunshine, almonds, almond butter, and honey; pulse until blended.   

  3. Shape mixture into eighteen balls, approximately 1 Tbsp. each.

  4. Serve immediately (or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator).
