Chocolate Chia Parfait
This chia parfait with Chocolate Shakeology is super easy to make and super delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- ⅓ cup / 80 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup / 75 g fresh blueberries
Instructions

Add almond milk, Shakeology, and chia seeds to a 16-oz. (450-ml) jar (or sealable container); stir until well mixed and no lumps remain. Seal jar.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour (or overnight).

Layer with yogurt and blueberries just before serving.

Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
