Beachbody Results: David Lost 24 Pounds and Won $500 in the Beachbody Challenge!

David Norris lost 24 lbs. with FOCUS T25, INSANITY, P90X3, and INSANITY MAX:30. He entered his results into the Beachbody Challenge, and won the $500 Daily Prize for February 10th!

Tell us about your life before you started the program. How did you feel about yourself and your body?
My wife and I have completed multiple programs, and INSANITY MAX:30 was a program that fit our schedules during the school year. I love the new body I’ve gotten doing Beachbody programs.

What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?
I have a beautiful wife who has come on this journey with me. We have both changed for the better. I also have an eight-year-old son who I have to try and keep up with. It’s getting easier with each program we complete.

What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Beachbody help you overcome that challenge?
Time. My wife and I are both Band Directors, so time during our day is limited. Because INSANITY MAX:30 is only 30 minutes, it fits into our busy schedules.

What in particular did you like about the program you chose?
INSANITY MAX:30 worked my cardiovascular hardcore. All the added ab work helped to chisel my abs like never before.

Describe the results you achieved with your Beachbody program. Which achievements are you proud of?
Ab development with all the added ab work. I have a better body now than I’ve ever had.

How has your life changed since completing your Beachbody program?
I am more motivated than ever to continue my quest to get in and stay in shape. I will never go back to the way I was.

How did your Team Beachbody Coach support you on your journey?
My wife is my Coach and training partner. Without her support and continuous motivation, this journey would have been a lot more difficult.
