CIZE® – FAQ

cz_program_heroHow is CIZE different from other dance workouts?
CIZE is a choreography-based workout that will teach you how to dance. You will sweat, burn calories, and keep your heart rate up for the entire workout, but at the end will be able to perform an actual routine.

Which calendar should I use (Beginner or Advanced)?
Start with the Crazy 8s workout to determine your dance skill level. If you are taking more time to learn the moves, then you can go at your own pace with the Beginner Calendar. If you are mastering the moves quickly, then you can use the Advanced Calendar.

What equipment do I need?
No equipment is required for CIZE––just you!

Is there a way to see an opposite angle of the routine?
Yes look for the reverse angle in the sub menu.

Will there be CIZE IT UP sections that I can view as standalone videos?
Yes, the mashups on BOD.

What are some tips if I’m struggling with my coordination?
Take the time you need until your body becomes acclimated to each move. This might require hitting pause and doing things a few times before moving on.

I’m so sore after my first couple of days. Will that get better?
Yes, it will. You are working your body in a way it is not accustomed to. Just keep moving, as the increase in circulation will actually help with soreness and recovery. Give yourself some good stretches before bed. Within a few days you’ll start to feel much stronger in those areas and the soreness should go away. If it doesn’t, you might be under-eating and not feeding your growing muscle. Consider bumping up your calories by 200-300.

How can I use portion control containers with CIZE?
The containers are meant to be used with the EAT UP! meal plan that comes with the base kit. They are easy to use and will help you to get the best results by controlling your portion sizes.

What are good hybrid programs to do CIZE with?
Because CIZE is a cardio-based program, any program with resistance training can be a good hybrid. 21 Day Fix and P90X3 will work well.
